DOKK provides a set of APIs and tools for building integrations with port call data. Whether you're automating workflows, connecting internal systems, or building third-party applications, this documentation covers everything you need.

Access to the API requires an API Key tied to your organisation. Port organisations receive a key free of charge — other organisation types (cruise line, agency, media) require a yearly subscription. To request a key, contact us at dokk@dokk.com

• Each API Key is unique and tied to an organization.

• Throttling limits may apply to ensure fair usage and prevent server congestion. While we recommend limiting requests to once every 10–30 minutes, higher request frequencies may be acceptable during development and testing.

• Auth: API Key required

  • Throttling: 300 requests per day per API Key

• To test the endpoints, we recommend tools like Postman.

  • Auth Type: API Key

  • Key: Authorization

  • Value: Api-Key {prefix}.{API-Key}
