Agencies
Agency organisations use DOKK to schedule and manage port calls across all ports in their country of operations. From single bookings to bulk scheduling, direct port communication, and full team controls, everything an agency needs is in one place.

Port Call Management
Create, update, and cancel port calls at any time. Authorised users can modify vessel assignments, arrival and departure times, and passenger transfer details on active calls. All changes are immediately visible to the receiving port, keeping both parties in sync throughout the call lifecycle.

Bulk Booking
Schedule multiple port calls in one go with the bulk booking system. Copy and paste rows and columns directly from Excel, the system automatically detects and maps your input to the correct fields. Smart warnings flag any entries that can't be completed due to incorrect values, missing data, or booking horizon restrictions before submission.

Booking Horizon
Each port sets its own booking horizon, how far in advance calls can be placed for standard transit and turnaround arrivals. Agencies can see the horizon policy for every port (if set) before booking, and the platform prevents calls from being submitted outside the permitted window. Ports can also attach a note explaining their specific conditions.

Berth Availability
Check what's available before you book. Select a country, port, and date to see all berths open on that day, along with the services attached to each location, including both port-wide services and location-specific infrastructure such as electricity and water connections. Plan calls with confidence knowing exactly what each berth offers.

Vessel Registry
Browse all vessels your organisation has placed calls for, complete with IMO numbers and full call history. Vessel data is populated automatically from submitted port calls and shared across the platform.

Direct Messaging
Contact any port in your country of operations directly through the platform, no emails, no phone tags. If a cruise line is a registered DOKK participant, you can reach them through instant messaging too, keeping all coordination in one place and on record per port call.

Cancellation Policy Notifications
When cancelling a port call, agencies are automatically notified if the port has an active cancellation policy and the cancellation falls within the policy's timeframe. This gives your team full visibility of any applicable fees before confirming the cancellation.

Export Port Calls
Export your port call data at any time, either as a clean summary or as raw data for further analysis. Exports respect any advanced filters you've applied, so you can pull exactly the dataset you need, whether that's a single port, a date range, a vessel, or a specific status.

Port Directory
Browse every port registered in your country of operations, including full location data, quay details, and infrastructure specifics. Port services are listed per location and always visible unless a port has specifically set a service as inactive.

Organisation & User Management
Organisation admins have full control over their team. Set granular permissions for each primary user, controlling which calls they can create, modify, or cancel. Monitor subscription costs, manage user accounts, add new members, and configure organisation-wide settings all from a single administration page.
