Cruise Lines
Cruise line organisations have global visibility into all port calls associated with their vessels, across every port and country where DOKK operates. Access is read-only for port call operations, with direct communication available to agencies worldwide and full use of berth availability planning tools.

Port Call Visibility
View all port calls associated with your vessels across every port and country registered on the DOKK platform, with no geographic restrictions. Access is scoped strictly to your own fleet: only calls where the vessel belongs to your cruise line organisation are visible. Full port call details including scheduling, vessel assignment, port, quay, and status are all accessible.

Port Call History
Browse the complete history of port calls for your vessels with no time restrictions. Past calls across all countries and ports are retained and searchable, giving your organisation a full operational picture of where your fleet has called and when.

Berth Availability
Check berth availability at any registered port before planning a season. Select a country, port, and date to see which berths are open and what services are available, including port-wide services and location-specific infrastructure such as electricity and water. Note that cruise lines cannot place port calls directly, scheduling remains the responsibility of the licensed agency operating for your vessels in the relevant country.

Direct Messaging
Communicate directly with agencies through the platform's built-in messaging system. Cruise line messaging is scoped to DOKK-registered agencies worldwide, giving your organisation a direct line to the agencies handling your vessels' port calls anywhere in the world. Direct communication with ports or media organisations is not available within the platform.

Vessel Registry
Browse all vessels registered under your cruise line organisation, with full call history per vessel across all countries and ports. Vessel data is populated automatically from port calls submitted by the agencies operating on your behalf.

Vessel Connection Points & Berth Diagram
Browse and manage detailed connection point data for your fleet, shore power specifications, fresh water and waste water manifold locations, connector standards, voltage ratings, and flow rates, all recorded per vessel. Once connection points are set alongside the vessel's dimensions, DOKK automatically generates a to-scale top-down diagram of the vessel with each connection point plotted by position from the bow. Port teams can review this directly when allocating berths, reducing back-and-forth on arrival day.

Export Port Calls
Export port call data for your vessels at any time, as a clean summary or raw data for internal reporting and planning. Exports respect any advanced filters applied, so you can pull by vessel, date range, port, country, or status.

Organisation & User Management
Organisation admins can manage team members, control user permissions, monitor subscription costs, and configure organisation-wide settings from a single administration page. Each cruise line organisation is set up with one admin account, additional user accounts are available at the standard annual rate.

Estimated Cost
Track your organisation's running costs in real time from the Estimated Cost tab in organisation settings. See a live breakdown of all billable items for the current year, subscription fees, additional user accounts , with a running total, what's already been invoiced, and the remaining estimate.
